Every venue and every feature is included on every plan, apart from the payroll connection: sending approved hours into Xero or MYOB is on the paid plans, and the free plan exports the same hours as a CSV. The price follows the number of active people on your team, and it is in AUD with GST included.

The detail before you commit

Is the free plan really permanent?

Yes. Up to five active people, for as long as you use it. It is not a trial and it does not ask for a card. Connecting payroll is the one thing kept for the paid plans; approved hours export as a CSV on the free plan.

What happens when my team grows?

On the free plan we ask you to choose a paid plan before the sixth invitation goes out. On a paid plan you move up a band and we charge the difference then, rather than surprising you next month.

Can I change or cancel a plan?

The plan follows your headcount, so it moves between bands by itself as your team changes. The owner can cancel from the billing screen at any time, and the plan runs to the end of the period already paid for. There is no contract and no exit fee.

Is the price per venue?

No. Venues are unlimited on every plan, including the free one. The price follows how many people you employ and nothing else.

Are the prices GST inclusive?

Yes. Prices are in AUD and include GST, so the figure on this page is the figure on your statement.
