Rostering across more than one venue
Run a second site without a second subscription. Each venue has its own roster, staff and clock in radius, and the totals add up across all of them.
What it does
- No per location fee on any plan, including the free one
- Staff belonging to one venue or several
- A separate address and clock in radius for each venue
- Roster, timesheets and reports following the venue you pick
- Totals rolled up across every venue
- Managers limited to the venues they run, if you turn that on
Why it works this way
The decisions behind it, and what they are better than.

How it works

What it does not do
Said plainly here, so nobody finds out after they have set it up.
- A venue is whatever you roster as one. Nothing checks that it is a separate building
- Limiting managers to the venues they run is off until the owner turns it on

Questions about multi venue
Does Roster Flow cost more for more than one venue?
No. There is no per location fee on any plan, including the free one. The price follows the number of active people on your team and nothing else.
Can staff work at more than one venue?
Yes. A person can belong to one venue or several and still has one profile and one timesheet. Each venue has its own roster, address and clock in radius.
Can a venue be an area rather than a building?
Yes. A venue is whatever you roster as one, so a bar, a bistro and a gaming room can each be a venue. Nothing checks that it is a separate building.
Can managers be limited to their own venues?
Yes, once the owner turns it on. Managers then see and change only their own venues’ rosters, timesheets and people, and owners still see the whole business.
