Free cleaning staff roster template
Cleaners work at more than one address, often twice a day. Each row is a clean at a site, with the travel before it written down, so a route that cannot be driven in time shows up before anybody is late.

- Put one clean per row, with the site named the way the team knows it.
- Write the travel time before any clean that follows another.
- Check that each finish plus the travel is before the next start for every cleaner.
- Keep access details such as alarm codes somewhere safer than a shared roster.
Common mistakes
- Travel left out, so a route only works if every light is green
- Alarm codes written into a roster that gets forwarded around
- Travel between sites not considered for pay where the award counts it
