How to fill it in
- Put your openers in first: somebody with keys on every trading day.
- Stack the most people across the morning rush, then taper after lunch.
- Give the weekend its own people rather than stretching the weekday team.
- Check each person against their availability, and anybody with a visa hours limit, before sharing it.
Common mistakes
- A trading day with nobody rostered to open
- As many people at two in the afternoon as at eight in the morning
- Sunday shifts for students who said they study on Sundays
